Notification of IRA Donation

If you have requested that your IRA administrator send World Food Program USA a Qualified Charitable Distribution donation from your Individual Retirement Account, please let us know by completing the form below or contacting Karen Turney at 202-627-3954 or kturney@wfpusa.org.

Many retirement administrators do not include sufficient information on the check to identify the donor's name and address. Please ask them to include your name and address on the check's memo and let us know in advance so that we can ensure your wishes are honored and provide you with the appropriate gift receipt for your records. We also want to be able to properly thank you for your donation.

By sharing additional information such as the amount of your gift and when you requested it, we can ensure it is matched to you in the event that it does not include enough identifying information.
